Our team has decades of combined clinical experience; we’ve seen it all, working in a variety of settings, from the NHS to private practice.

We draw on a broad range of multidisciplinary knowledge, from Psychology and Psychiatry to Dietetics and Occupational Therapy. This interdisciplinary approach provides comprehensive wellbeing support. 

As leaders with this clinical experience, we have a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges in corporate wellbeing and what it takes to tackle them. Ultimately, helping people be their best selves at work and beyond.

Most thresholds have been removed, including jargon, so your staff can easily access preventative support. Rather than wait for employees to seek out help (nearly 30% of UK employees aren’t comfortable raising mental health concerns with their manager or HR), we come towards them. We support by building relationships, using evidence-based interventions and regular face-to-face/virtual sessions.
